These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of mobile games and related services (the "Games") provided by Buni Bee LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using our Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. Who May Use Our Games
Our Games are designed for children ages 2-5.
Children may use the Games only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to these Terms on behalf of their child.
2. Parent and Guardian Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:
- Supervising their child’s use of the Games
- Managing subscriptions and settings through the parent gate
- Ensuring purchases are intentional
Any subscriptions or purchases are considered authorized by the parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some of our Games offer optional subscription-based features.
- Subscriptions can only be purchased by parents or legal guardians through a parent gate
- Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not store or process payment information
- Subscription pricing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through the app store account

4. License to Use the Games
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Games
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Games for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the Games, including characters, artwork, animations, music, sounds, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Buni Bee LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our content without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Games in a way that could harm the Games or other users
- Attempt to bypass parental controls or the parent gate
- Use the Games in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
7. No Advertising
Our Games do not contain third-party advertising and do not allow external links intended for children.
8. Disclaimers
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the Games will always function without interruptions or errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buni Bee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Games.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Games at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
